Order Procedure for Money Order, Cashiers Check, or Personal Check.
1. Go through the order process just as you would purchase it from DiecastBlast.com site.
2. Input your shipping address and shipping option.
3. It will give you a total with tax (if applicable), and correct shipping cost.
4. Print the page.
5. Cancel out of the order process.
6. Endorse Money Order or Cashiers Check to: DiecastBlast
7. Send your payment with printed order page to:

Sometimes, when we receive orders through mail, some items run out of stock. In this case, we will call or email you with current inventory status so please, make sure to include your phone number and email address.


ORDERS PLACED WITHOUT VALID BILLING ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER WILL BE CANCELLED. Please, use the cards with verifiable billing address and phone number or use above alternate payment options. We may call the billing phone number to verify the order.

Different Billing address and Shipping address
If you place an order with different shipping address, you will receive a phone call from DiecastBlast.com to verify your order on the phone. So please, provide us with correct telephone number. If the phone number given is not a working number, your order will be cancelled.

Shipping
We use UPS and US Postal Service as our shipping options. UPS is the most reliable shipping option we have. UPS is very punctual with their delivery time. UPS Ground takes up to 6 business days to deliver. USPS Regular Parcel Post service usually takes about 8 - 10 business days to deliver (usually gets delivered in a week). USPS Priority Mail service takes 2 - 3 business days to deliver.


Note: UPS doesn't consider Holiday, Saturday and Sunday as business days. If you want same week delivery, you need to place UPS 3 Day Select by Tuesday in the week and UPS 2nd Day Air by Wednesday of the week. Our cutoff time for shipment is 11AM PST daily. US Postal service doesn't consider Sunday as a business day. US Postal Service does not guarantee their delivery time even with Priority Mail.

Most orders are processed on next business day. Orders placed during weekend or Holidays will be processed on following business day. An e-mail confirmation will automatically be sent to the buyer after an order is placed. Also, the buyer will be provided with Delivery Confirmation number which can be tracked at www.usps.com or www.ups.com. DiecastBlast.com does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages, so PLEASE be sure to arrange to be at home to accept your package, or have it delivered to a secure location.

Free Shipping doesn't apply to any custom discounted orders.


Return Policy
Due to mishandling of Diecast and RC products, ALL SALES of Diecast and RC products are FINAL unless it’s a factory defect.

We will exchange or refund defective merchandise within 14 days of your receipt of the product. After 14 days, customer needs to contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty service. Once the product is returned in satisfactory condition, we will gladly credit your account. All shipping and handling costs are non refundable. The item(s) must reach us in a sellable condition. Packages returned C.O.D. will not be accepted.

When returning an item, please indicate the reason(s) for the return. We will issue a return authorization number to make your return. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. Upon receipt of the product, we will issue a credit to your credit card or resend the merchandise, whichever you prefer.

DiecastBlast.com reserves the right to refuse refund/exchange on items which we feel the buyer has used or damaged.

Shipping charges (from or to) will not be refunded for following reasons:

1. Refused shipment.

2. Orders returned without any explanation.

3. Duplicate orders.

4. Changed your mind and did not cancel order before we shipped.

5. Did not like the item after you received it.

6. Wrong items was ordered and want to send it back.

7. You have moved and failed to notified us of your new address before we shipped your order. If you wish the order to be shipped to your new address after it is returned to us you will be charged a new shipping charge.

8. Special sales orders. (Free Shipping returns or exchages)

9. International Orders.

Return Instructions:
We will issue you a return authorization number to return the item back to us in its original packing. Please make sure your shipping receipt, return authorization number with your name and address is in the box along with any special instructions for your return. A credit to your credit card will be processed after our review minus any shipping charges.
